[Bug] The comment scroll position will move back to the first comment after opening description tab

Describe the bug

Pretty much the title. I think the bug reproduction steps is self-explanatory

This bug doesn't occur if we go back to the comment tab from the related videos tab, so this bug is specifically happens on the description tab. Not sure whether the sponsorblock tab is also suffering from this issue since i don't have it enabled

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open any video
2. Go to the comment tab
3. Scroll down the comment to a random position
4. Go to the description tab
5. Go back to the comment tab, the comment scroll position will move to the first comment instead of the last scroll position
