Summary

  • Add changed-file and explicit file scan scoping for SAST/OpenGrep
  • Add GitHub Action inputs for changed_files and scan_files
  • Skip scoped scans when the resolved target list is empty

Testing

  • uv run --with pytest pytest tests/test_changed_files_scope.py
  • git diff --check HEAD
