Assessment: 🟢 APPROVE

This change correctly removes the "New" badge from the DHI sidebar front matter. Per the style guide, badges should be used for no longer than 2 months post-release, and the product is now over a year old. The removal is clean — surrounding front matter remains intact, no pages are moved or removed, and no redirects are needed.
