Fixes DOC-254

Summary

  • Add a Kubernetes Pod Configuration guide for LOCALSTACK_K8S_POD_CONFIG.
  • Document supported profile fields, profile resolution order, architecture handling, label precedence, and example Helm usage.
  • Update the Kubernetes configuration reference and sidebar ordering for the new page.
