…llowing users to specify a directory (via localProfilerConfigDir in the agent config) containing a JSON file that takes precedence over the remote Service Profiler settings when present. A new LocalProfilerConfigService reads and parses the local config file, and the ProfilingInitializer checks for it before falling back to the remote config pull.
… collect secrets, even if explicitly enabled by .jfc files.
