- Replaced ElevationCheck with built in securityContext: elevated
- fixed darkTheme set
- Removed restart-computer step from powershellscript resource as dscv3 does not allow restarting the machine from configuration unit, combine the ubuntu install with wsl components, so just 1 manual restart after configuration apply is enough
